Sandy, Dani & Lexi and I absolutely adore the house and it has revolutionised our standard of living. I still giggle every time I have a shower, as it’s like staying in a luxury hotel! The massive kitchen stone bench is our focal point of the house and we have a lot of our family meals there. What sets Bowman Built apart is the attention to detail in the build. We can tell that a lot of thought has gone into each fixture, fitting and appliance as they are all top-class. The floorplan works so well because there are big entertaining spaces, as well as smaller, more intimate spaces. Other details which sets the house apart are the full-height doors, the step down to the kitchen/ dining/ living area which delivers a spectacular sense of space, the sliding doors which can connect the whole rear of the house to the outside, the alfresco with its cedar ceiling, beautiful concrete floors, cabinetry and stone benches throughout. Plus four decent sized bedrooms which allow for flexibility; whether it’s the kids playing cubbies, or utilising one of the bedrooms as a second lounge room. Bowman Built should be commended on delivering a property which ticks all the boxes in terms of construction, quality materials and excellent design – taking into account how people want to live these days; in a flexible open-plan environment which can still be adaptable and closed off to different uses.
