Our Oak Park clients occupy their old house on the site and required Plans & Permits for a two house side by side (Dual occupancy) development. Once again we accepted the challenge and have designed a super modern development on this very steep site. Extremely heavy Council resistance confronted us in a refusal of the first planning submission requiring us to offer an alternate design.
